One-stop centralized monitoring for cleanroom fan filter units

System Overview

FFU (Fan Filter Unit) is the core equipment of cleanrooms. Rays-Power FFU group control system is fully in-house: gateway, driver board, communication board, PC console and cloud platform. A single gateway manages up to 300 FFUs with centralized monitoring, batch control, auto addressing and fault tracing.

Standard Modbus protocol integrates with touchscreens, PC consoles and cloud platforms with reliable communication; FOC vector control and active PFC deliver motor performance while meeting grid harmonic requirements.

Host system → independent gateway uplinks (Ethernet / RS-485) → 5 downstream RS-485 zones × 60 RSP5021 slaves
