FFU Group Control System

One-stop centralized monitoring for cleanroom fan filter units. Fully in-house: gateway + driver board + comm board + console + cloud platform, using Ethernet and RS-485 as the primary links. One gateway manages 300 units across 5 zones with standard Modbus and auto addressing.

  • 5 independent downstream RS-485 zones, up to 60 units each
  • Independent gateway uplinks: Ethernet / RS-485
  • FOC vector control + PFC, PF 0.989, THD ≤10%
  • Auto addressing: install = configured
  • Standard Modbus protocol
