Garden tools are nothing like consumer electronics: sustained high-rate discharge, frequent start/stop, temperatures from 40℃ summer to -10℃ winter. The BMS must be specialized in SOC estimation and protection strategy.

SOC uses multi-stage correction: 100%/95%/5%/0% correction points at charge/discharge ends, triggered when voltage reaches the point, current meets thresholds, sustained for 5 seconds — eliminating accumulated coulomb-counting error. Combined with OCV correction and full-capacity decay modeling over cycles, the displayed SOC stays accurate.

Protection is defense-in-depth: AFE hardware protection (OV/UV/short, microsecond response) plus configurable software protections (OC, OT, delta-voltage). End-of-discharge UV protection has a 10s confirmation delay to avoid nuisance trips during work.

For outdoor use, the BMS operates from -20℃ to +60℃ with multi-point temperature monitoring. Data logging stores key states (auto periodic, instant on state change) — a complete data chain for after-sales analysis.
